Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Scryptofy, operated by WerbStack. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Scryptofy analyzes publicly available short-form videos you submit, extracts reusable marketing elements from them, and generates original scripts and production guidance grounded in the product and brand details you provide.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account.
• One account is for one person or organization. Don't share credentials with people outside your team.

3. Membership and Scrypto Coins

• Membership costs $10 per month and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Each paid billing period grants 135 Scrypto Coins. Monthly coins do not roll over; they reset when the new period starts.
• You may purchase additional coins at $0.15 each. Purchased coins remain in your balance until spent.
• Actions spend monthly coins first and purchased coins second.
• If an action fails on our side, the coins it charged are returned to the wallets they were taken from.
• Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for money.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and unused coins are not refunded on cancellation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit content you have no right to submit, or content from private or restricted accounts.
• Use the service to reproduce, republish or pass off someone else's video, script or copy as your own.
• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, resell access, or scrape or reverse engineer the platform.
• Overload or interfere with the service or the systems it depends on.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

6. Third-party content

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any link or material you analyze. Scryptofy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Rights in the source videos remain with their owners, and nothing in the service grants you a licence to reuse that material.

7. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the product information you enter and the scripts and assets generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service on your behalf.

8. AI-generated output

Scripts, guides and analyses are produced by automated systems. They may contain errors and are not guaranteed to be accurate, original, compliant with advertising rules, or effective. Review everything before you publish it. Similar output may be generated for other users, and we make no claim of exclusivity over generated text.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may take the platform down for maintenance.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and notify active members by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
