Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Scryptofy ("we", "us") collects when you use scryptofy.com and the Scryptofy application at app.scryptofy.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address and an encrypted form of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Billing data. Subscription status, billing period and payment receipts. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Content you submit. The public Reel links you paste, the media and transcripts derived from them, your product and brand details, saved marketing assets, and the scripts you generate.
• Usage data. Records of the actions you run and the Scrypto Coins they spend, so your balance and history stay accurate.
• Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security and debugging.

How we use it

• To run the service: capturing Reels, analyzing them, and generating your scripts.
• To manage your subscription, credit balance and receipts.
• To keep the platform secure and diagnose faults.
• To reply when you contact support.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private workspace content to advertise to you.

Service providers

Running Scryptofy involves a small number of processors who handle data on our behalf:

• Stripe — subscription billing and payments.
• OpenAI — transcription, analysis and script generation.
• Apify — retrieval of public Reel data.
• Our hosting and storage providers — running the application, database and media storage.

Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Workspace separation

All content is scoped to the workspace it was created in. Other customers cannot see your products, saved assets or generated scripts.

Media storage

Video and image files derived from the Reels you analyze are stored privately. They are never publicly listable — the application serves them only through short-lived signed links that expire.

Retention

We keep your account and workspace content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your workspace content, keeping only what we must for legal, tax and accounting purposes, such as payment records.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its contents. Email noah@werbstack.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. This marketing site does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Children

Scryptofy is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Third-party content

Scryptofy analyzes publicly available Instagram Reels. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. You are responsible for having the right to analyze the content you submit.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date above and notify active members by email.
